Emergency/Enrollment/Permission Form

The Emergency/Enrollment/Permission Form has been updated for the 2017-18 school year.  Please find it under Forms under the Parents Menu. As this is our Enrollment form with Emergency Contacts and also acts as a Permission Form, every student, new or returning needs to have one filled out.

The Home & School Connection newsletter goes home with students every month. You can also access these newsletters from our web site. Please click on the following links to pull up the current and previous month's newsletter. The newsletters have a lot of good ideas from interactions and activities to do with your children to handling issues that may come up at school.
